4-Stage Factory Inspection & Defect Prevention

From raw alloy smelting verification to final containerized crating, every production step is tracked by serialized quality checkpoint sheets.

Stage 01

Incoming Raw Material Metallurgy & Tolerance Audit

Spectrometric chemical analysis of 6063-T5 aluminum alloy ingots ensuring correct Mg/Si ratio.
Surface coating thickness verification (AkzoNobel powder coat ≥ 60μm, PVDF ≥ 40μm, anodizing ≥ 15μm).
PA66 GF25 fiberglass-reinforced polyamide thermal break strip tensile and shear strength tests.
Float glass surface flatness and visual distortion inspection prior to CNC cutting.

Stage 02

Precision CNC Machining & Corner Joint Assembly

Multi-axis computerized CNC profile saws cutting 45° and 90° mitres to ±0.1mm tolerance.
Automated weep hole and hardware slot routing with continuous burr-free edge chamfering.
Heavy-duty cast aluminum corner cleats inserted with German two-component structural epoxy injection.
Hydraulic corner crimping under calibrated pressure ensuring zero gap and permanent airtight sealing.

Stage 03

Insulated Glazing (IGU) Automated Fabrication

Automated vertical glass washing with deionized reverse-osmosis water to eliminate all residue.
Desiccant molecular sieve filling inside warm-edge hybrid stainless/composite spacer frames.
Automated argon gas filling reaching ≥ 90% concentration with digital sensor verification.
Dual-seal application: continuous primary polyisobutylene (butyl) plus secondary structural silicone.

Stage 04

100% Pre-Shipment Inspection & Export Crating

100% of finished window and door sashes undergo hardware multi-point locking torque verification.
Random batch sampling inside the computerized air-water-wind test chamber prior to crating.
Multi-layer packaging: heavy-duty corner EPE foam, PE protective wrap, and fumigation-free solid timber crates.
3D container loading simulation to prevent any panel-to-panel vibration during ocean voyage.
